The diet plan was created by Dr. Franz Xaver Mayr. The nearly 100-year-old diet is centered around whole foods with high alkaline content, like vegetables, sheep’s milk yogurt, and fresh fish.
In addition to sharing her weight loss journey, Wilson took the time to highlight her favorite charitable cause. She is helping raise money for The School of St. Jude, a charity-funded school that provides free quality education to 1800 low-income students in Arusha, Tanzania.
